Participating Hospitals systems and Doctors are what make up a network. An important piece in deciding which carrier you choose, is the network a carrier has. Is your doctor, or your preferred hospital in the network; questions like these are often overlooked, until it is too late.
Cost & Utilization
Will you receive a subsidy; how much will it be? Upcoming surgeries this year? If yes, a low deductible, higher premium plan is appropriate.
